Each Rooster DayCoach is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Productivity Coach or seasoned Manager with experience organizing and structuring daily tasks for teams and individuals to preserve maximum efficiency.Does the same person call you each morning?
Yes. Talking to someone who you develop a relationship with over time, and has your back, is powerful. However, if we wish to switch your DayCoach, you can always do so.Is Rooster trying to replace Managers?
No. By 2020, over 50% of the American workforce is projected to be independent contractors - working via 1099 - that means workers may not have direct access to their bosses or clear accountability to ensure that they stay on task. Our DayCoaches are focused specifically on productivity, helping align your mission with action to keep you motivated, on task, and on target.What kind of data/insights does Rooster report back to employers?

Our Story.
This all started out as a little experiment gone right...I was burnt out by every "productivity hack" out there (journaling, to-do lists, scheduling my day the night before, morning pages, etc.). I wanted to will myself to do them all. But it just wasn't happeningJuggling lots projects at once, yet each day felt like one step forward, two steps backward. My to-do was getting longer by the day.________________Then one day, for no particular reason, Stephen and I grabbed lunch. I opened up about how much I was feeling behind in life. Being a pal (and not realizing what he was about to sign up for) Stephen asked "how can I help?" To which I replied "I just want to pay someone to call me each morning and let me talk out my upcoming day."So every day for the next 3 months, that's exactly what happened.My phone would ring, I'd pick up, and it'd be Stephen. He'd ask me about wins/learnings from the day before, what was on deck for the day ahead, how we could break it down, and what was in the way.The progress in both my mental state and daily productivity was pretty remarkable. I shipped 4 new projects, developed habits I'd tried (and failed) to cultivate many times before, and found myself in the elusive "flow state" almost every day.I also couldn't shut up about how great "having a Stephen" was.Rooster is coaching in "micro-doses." It's the service Stephen and I always wanted, but didn't exist. The concept is simple; a 10 minute call every morning from someone who has your back, to talk through your day.
